GoldenPulse AI ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides an online trading technology service that allows users to create an account, fund it, and use an AI-assisted trading engine to trade gold price movements (XAU/USD). The Platform connects users with third-party market data and executes algorithmic trading on behalf of users. The Platform is provided for informational, educational and trading-assistance purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. The service is not offered to residents of countries prohibited by our compliance policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide accurate information.
Minimum deposit is 5 USD. Deposits may be made by supported cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20, BTC). Crypto deposits credit after one network confirmation. Withdrawals are processed to the wallet or payment method you provide, subject to completed verification. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal request pending additional compliance checks.
GoldenPulse operates on a win-win model: we charge a performance commission only on profitable trading sessions. If you don't earn, we don't earn. We do not charge deposit or withdrawal commissions; third-party network fees on blockchain transactions are covered by the Platform where declared.

The AI trading engine executes trades automatically based on model predictions. You acknowledge that automated trading can produce both profits and losses and may fail to perform as expected. You may enable or disable the AI bot at any time from your dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits or trading capital.
We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or upon regulatory requirement.
